Matriçats SL is a company dedicated, since 1970, to subcontracting for the manufacturing of all types of sheet metal parts, especially stainless steel.

Its services are based on process design or reengineering, as well as the construction of the necessary tooling, dies, or automation systems, adapted to its production capabilities, in order to carry out prototyping or production series.

To provide this service, Matriçats SL relies on a highly qualified team, where each department is properly interconnected through an integrated management system. This allows the efficient use of all its technical and production resources, which include advanced CAD/CAM/CAE/CAQ systems, machining centers, 3D laser cutting and welding, welding centers, finishing sections, polishing centers, reverse engineering technology, and a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical presses of up to 2.000 tons.

Its main objective, based on the continuous application of improvement policies, is to always be in a position to offer products and services that meet the needs of its customers and their social environment.

For this reason, Matriçats SL considers it a priority to achieve a high level of occupational health and safety and to minimize environmental impact, adopting appropriate measures to address climate change, with a commitment to comply with current environmental and occupational health and safety legislation and regulations, and assuming its corresponding social responsibility.

  7. All processes of Matriçats SL must achieve efficiency in their performance through continuous improvement. To this end, Management, together with the Works Council, establishes and periodically reviews the objectives.
